Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from belzariox.com, operated by AVELISSE LIFESTYLE LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110 (registered business address). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products and descriptions

We describe each dress based on the information and photos available to us. Colors can look different on different screens. Where we don't have verified details, such as measurements for a particular style, we say so on the product page or answer by email.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include import duties. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a price or product was listed in error.

3. Shipping

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China. Delivery estimates (11–17 business days) are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy.

4. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering and return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. See Returns & Refunds for the full terms.

5. Use of this site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
