Orders and delivery

Where do your dresses ship from?

From our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China. We don't hold stock in the United States, so every order travels internationally before the final US carrier delivers it.

How long will my order take?

Plan on 11–17 business days in total: 3–5 business days to process and 8–12 business days in transit. Orders placed after 6:00 PM MT, or on a weekend, start processing the next business day. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

I need a dress for a wedding on a specific date. When should I order?

Count at least 17 business days back from the date you need it (weekends and federal holidays don't count), and give yourself extra room if you might want to exchange a size.

How much is shipping?

$7.95 per order, or free when your subtotal after discounts is $60 or more.

Where do you deliver?

The 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. P.O. Boxes are fine; those orders go by USPS.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

No. Import duties are included in our prices. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout.

Sizing

How do I choose my size?

Each dress lists the sizes it comes in. We don't have a measurement chart for every style yet, so if you're between sizes, email support@belzariox.com with your bust, waist and hip measurements and the dress you like. We'll tell you which size we'd choose before you order. Our Size Help page shows how to measure.

Can I exchange for another size?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, if the new size is available. See Returns & Refunds.

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?

30 days from the day you receive your order, with a free prepaid return label and no restocking fee. Items returned because you changed your mind must be unworn, unwashed, not worn outdoors and in their original packaging with everything they came with.
