Short version: every order ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Plan on 11–17 business days from order to delivery. Shipping is $7.95, or free on orders of $60 or more (the $60 is counted after discounts). Import duties are already included in our prices.
Where your dress ships from
belzariox does not hold stock in the United States. Each order is packed and dispatched by our fulfillment partner in China and carried to you by USPS or FedEx for the final leg. Our business address in Albuquerque, New Mexico is a registered address only. It is not a store, showroom or warehouse, and nothing ships from there.

Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or US federal holidays. Orders placed before 6:00 PM MT (Mountain Time) on a business day start processing that day; orders placed after 6:00 PM MT, or on a weekend, start the next business day. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If you need a dress for a specific date, count 17 business days back from that date before you order.

Where we deliver
- We deliver to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.
- We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Checkout will not offer a shipping rate for those addresses.
- P.O. Boxes are accepted. Orders to a P.O. Box are delivered by USPS, because FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Duties and taxes
Import duties are included in the price you pay. You will not be asked to pay duties or customs fees when your order arrives. Any sales tax that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show movement while the parcel is in international transit.
Changing or canceling an order
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@belzariox.com with your order number. After 24 hours your order may already be in processing; in that case you can return it once it arrives (see our Returns & Refunds page).
