Returns & Refunds

Short version: you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to start a return. We email you a free prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after our returns warehouse receives the item.

What you can return

Changed your mind, or the size or color isn't right	The dress must be unworn, unwashed, not worn outdoors, and returned in its original packaging with everything it came with (for example a belt, scarf or cardigan).
Arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item	Email us photos of the item and the packing label so we can see the problem. We'll sort it out with you; you won't pay return shipping.

How to start a return

Email support@belzariox.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item, and the reason. For damaged or wrong items, attach photos.
We reply within 24 hours with return instructions and a free prepaid return label.
Pack the item in its original packaging and send it with the label we provide. Please don't send a return without contacting us first; parcels without a label can't be matched to an order.

Returns go to our returns warehouse: 2460 Coral St, Vista, CA 92081. This address only receives returns that come with our label.

Exchanges

If you want a different size or color, tell us in your return email. We can exchange it if that size or color is available; if it isn't, we refund you instead.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method.
There is no restocking fee.
If you return an item because you changed your mind, the original $7.95 shipping charge is not refunded. If the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, the return costs you nothing and we replace or refund the item.
